Oluwakemi is a seasoned lawyer with over 23 years of experience. She was appointed as the Company Secretary of MRS (formerly known as Chevron) in 2007 and has retained the position since then.
Oluwakemi holds an LL.B (Hons), B.L. (Barrister at Law), and MBA from the Business School of Netherlands. She is also a Fellow of the ICSA UK, a CEDR Accredited Mediator, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Mr. Samson Adejonwo

Samson is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 15 years of corporate accounting and management experience with extensive expertise in developing accounting systems for different industries including Oil and Gas. He holds an MBA in International Business Management from the Lagos State University, a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, and is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has been working with MRS for over 9 years.
Mr. Sunday Oyekale

Sunday is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (UK) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. A Designated Compliance Professional (DCP) of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria and an SEC Registered Compliance Officer. He currently functions as the Chief Internal Auditor with MRS Oil Nigeria Plc

Donald is an experienced retail marketer with over 13 years of experience in the downstream oil and gas sector. He is a certified project manager with a specialty in Retail Network Expansion, Sales and Marketing of refined petroleum products within the Nigerian oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Survey, Minna and an MBA from Leicester, UK. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers amongst many others. He has worked with MRS Oil Nigeria Plc for about 6 years.

Olawale is a committed professional with over 7 years of experience in the legal profession. He holds a National Diploma in Insurance, LL.B, and BL from Nigerian Law School. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. He has been working with MRS for 7 years.

An alumna of the University of East London, United Kingdom, Oluwatoyin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with First-Class Honours and is a Certified Customer Service Professional and a Certified Project Management Practitioner.
